Hidresses Return & Refund Policy
At Hidresses, your satisfaction is always our top priority.
Please note that most of our dresses are made to order, which means every piece is handmade according to your size and color selection. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to review our return and cancellation policies carefully before placing an order.

We do not support "try-on & return" shopping behavior. If you are unsure about the color or size, we highly recommend contacting our customer service in advance for guidance.

All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


 Return Instructions & Conditions

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your dress to request a return.

  • Returns require the customer to cover Shipping costs and taxes.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for a return.

  • For minor issues (e.g., loose thread, small fit adjustment), we suggest keeping the dress with a partial refund.

  • If you insist on returning the dress, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Rush order fee and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns if the item has been signed for over 48 hours, or worn, altered, washed, or damaged due to misuse.


 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours, as production begins quickly.

  • If you insist on canceling within the early production stage, a $55 cancellation fee applies.

  • If the dress is already in production or a custom design, a 55% fee will be charged due to labor, fabric, and time spent.

  • Once a custom order enters the finishing stage, no cancellation is allowed.


 Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once your return is approved, please ship the dress back following our instructions.

  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned dress.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds apply only to the dress value (excluding rush/shipping fees).
